All by myself…

It is a strange time to working on a self-portrait—we are isolated, spending more time with ourselves as a nation. I’ve never been more aware of myself; how I manage my time, what time that I really want lunch (spoiler alert: it’s 11:30), how much I actually talk to myself, what I miss from the “outside.” I’ve been isolating for a week. I’ve been out once to gather items from my office and once to walk, at a distance, with a friend around the block. My sewing mojo has been off, but I pushed myself to assemble my portrait collage tonight. I like that girl. She looks fun.
